For more than three decades, I have had the extraordinary privilege of accompanying people through some of life’s most meaningful seasons.
I have worked with individuals navigating grief, trauma, illness, burnout, leadership, career transitions, identity shifts, relationship changes, retirement, purpose, and the quiet longing to live with greater authenticity and intention.
No two journeys have ever been the same.
What they have shared is something deeper.
Each person has arrived carrying a unique story, their own lived experiences, strengths, questions, hopes, fears, and untapped capacities.
Over time, I realized that lasting transformation is rarely about finding the right technique.
It begins with feeling deeply seen, genuinely understood, and respectfully met exactly where you are.
That realization changed everything.
It led me beyond individual disciplines and toward something much larger.
