Something may begin to change within you long before you understand what it means.
A familiar role no longer feels the same. A question keeps returning. Something once fulfilling begins to feel complete. A quiet longing appears without explanation.
These early stirrings are easy to dismiss, especially when nothing outwardly seems wrong. Yet they may be the first movements of a deeper truth making itself known.
You do not need to define it, defend it, or act upon it immediately. Some truths need time and attention before their meaning becomes clear.
Begin by noticing.
Give the unnamed feeling room to breathe. Let the question remain open. Notice what brings energy, what creates weariness, and what continues to return.
Trust that awareness often arrives before understanding.
What is stirring may not yet be asking for an answer. It may simply be asking to be heard.
What have you been quietly noticing?
